On-line Registration
The registration procedure for AAATE 2013 takes place entirely online and should not take you very long. Here are a few simple instructions to follow, depending on whether you are presenting a paper at the conference or not:

Instructions for AAATE Authors:
1. Only “Contact Authors” must register as a speaker – co-authors should register as non-speakers and benefit from a reduced registration fee.
2. To register to AAATE 2013 you must have submitted your Camera Ready first. If you have not done this yet, please follow the instructions published here.
3. If you have already submitted your camera ready manuscript, login to your Author’s Home as you normally would and select “Registration”. Then, select AAATE 2013 as your event (this applies even if your paper was submitted to a Special Session).
4. As an author, you have different rates available. First, member and non-member rates apply. If you are an AAATE member, or if you are or wish to become an INSTICC member, member rates apply. If you are not a member and do not wish to become one, choose the non-member rate. Furthermore, you can choose between a conference fee including lunches and a conference fee excluding lunches. Coffee breaks and conference materials are of course always included, as is digital access to the Conference Proceedings. In the same module, you can also choose whether you want to register for additional events, such as Instructional Courses and the Social Event.
5. You will then be taken to the payment module: here you can choose between two payment methods, PayPal and Bank Transfer. In some cases, you can also opt for a Purchase Order, also widely known as a Bon de Commande.
6. Finally, you will be able to review the information entered and to finalize your registration. If you also wish to book a hotel room in the conference venue, please fill out this form.

Instructions for AAATE Non-Speakers:
1. To register for AAATE 2013 or one of it’s events, including Instructional Courses, you need to have a Primoris account. If you don’t have one, please go here and create one.
2. Select Registration and then “AAATE 2013” as your event.
3. As a non-speaker attending the entire conference, you have different rates available. First, member and non-member rates apply. If you are a AAATE member, or if you are or wish to become an INSTICC member, member rates apply. If you are not a member and do not wish to become one, choose the non-member rate. Furthermore, you can choose between a conference fee including lunches and a conference fee excluding lunches. If you are a student or the co-author of a paper, you benefit from a reduced fee. Coffee breaks and conference materials are of course always included, as is digital access to the Conference Proceedings.
4. If you only wish to attend one day of the conference or only half a day, then you can purchase passes for this period. These passes do not include conference materials.
5. In the same module, you can also choose whether you want to register for additional events, such as Instructional Courses and the Social Event.
6. You will then be taken to the payment module: here you can choose between two payment methods, PayPal and Bank Transfer. In some cases, you can also opt for a Purchase Order, also widely known as a Bon de Commande.
7. Finally, you will be able to review the information entered and to finalize your registration. If you also wish to book a hotel room in the conference venue, please fill out this form.
